Audit, Reporting and Follow Up

To better understand your product and quality needs, initially we  hold a short online meeting with your engineering and supplier management team. This will cover basic information of the supplier or your facility and especially the technical specifications of the product.  Then we transpose these specifications to your quality needs all the way from inspection to the process and to the sub-supplier material. Parallel to this info we discuss your technology, lab, material and other various requirements in addition to ISO/ANS standards and decide on the quality management scope.  Finally we agree on the number of days required for a comprehensive audit.

Before traveling to the plant, we communicate the quality checklist that is determined according to the quality management scope we decided to the factory team. Our audit includes both quality documentation check but also more importantly technical and process audit on the factory floor and in the quality lab. After the audit is finished we summarize the findings and the suggested corrective actions to the factory team.

After the audit we summarize the visit in excel in the format of:

-Summary, Questions, Findings, Suggested Corrective Actions.

And more columns for the production team to fill in their own corrective actions later, with responsible staff and deadline, in addition to a follow up section.

We submit the  the report to your side within 1-2 days after the audit via email.

We can discuss the findings with you via an online meeting , elaborate on the insights and give you feedback about our general impression. Afterwards we decide if there is a follow up audit that is needed.

According to your request, and discussion with the plant team and how long they will need to take to fill in the corrective actions, we can schedule a follow up audit.
